Day 16

I usually think it's tacky when adults have posters hanging in their bedrooms unless the posters are framed, which both of the ones I have in my bedroom are. If there's an adult who's framed Return of the Jedi poster matches his sheets, however, that's a different problem.

I found this one when I was sorting though a huge stack of old posters at my job in 2005. I was supposed to be looking for ones exactly like this, pretentious film-festival types that would look good for my boss' office.

Against her specific instructions, I took this one home instead since I loved it immediately. Soon after, it also became one of my favorite movies, even though it can be a little cliched at times. I think the writing was pretty witty, and I loved the characters.

I've had the poster frame since I was a kid, a hand-me-down from my brother. I still have the poster that was in the frame when he gave it to me, which is a picture of Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny. Maybe someday, I'll prove it to you.
